Our professional staff will make your event a smooth success - wedding, backstage, conferences, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebration, lunch meeting or ?! You name it, our team executes without a hitch from set-up to tear-down. Madres provides well-coordinated, heart-felt services including; customized menus, event staffing, planning and coordination, ordering your rentals, and more. We are able to prepare everything in our commercial kitchen and bring it to your event site, allowing you the flexibility of hosting your day in any facility you choose. We work with you to customize the look and feel you envision for your event!
Our bartending / beverage packages range from client provided bar packages, hosted bars, and cash bars. We provide the bar supplies needed, licensed bartenders, liquor liability insurance, and customized bar menus. We consult with our clients on quantities, specialty cocktails, and work with local distilleries, breweries, and wineries. We also offer a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages such as our signature Rosemary Lemonade, Jamaica / Hibiscus Tea, an Agua Frescas Bar.
CORPORATE MEAL DELIVERY & DROP OFF
Need a simple drop and go service for your business meeting or party? Madres has you covered. Free delivery within Seattle (minimum $250 order - subject to availability for delivery). Please call for availability outside the Seattle area. We include catering hot boxes, platters, serving utensils and set-up - with every order. Compostable plates, utensils, cups, etc. available. Get farm fresh food delivered for your next business lunch!

There are many aspects that go into making a memorable wedding and event, and food is one of the most important. The food and service should reflect your style and be presented beautifully and professionally. From customizing a special menu that reflects our client's taste and background, to walking through the entire day with you, Madres Kitchen is committed to making your event beautiful, and will have your guests raving.
Some of the many details we assist you with:
Customized menu planning and tasting - From the moment we meet with you, we start learning about what you like and what you love. We will work with you to plan a wedding menu using the freshest seasonal ingredients and decide on a service style that reflects your taste and budget. We offer private and group tastings to help you find the perfect blend of flavors to be shared on you big day.
Staffing and vendor sourcing - We provide a professionally trained service staff including on-site chefs, servers, bartenders, and coordinators. We also have a huge network of professionals from music and entertainment, lighting and sounding, etc.
Event walk through - An important part of ensuring your event flows flawlessly is ensuring the caterer knows the entire sequence of events for your day. We will meet with you on-site to help layout your event and help you decide on the best set-up. Our experienced coordinators can help you with any questions you may have.
Rental coordination - No need to contact the rental company for tables for food or accept delivery, we can take care of it. We make sure your rental list is complete and that you have everything you will need for a flawless day.
Event setup and site clean-up - Putting the linens on tables? Repositioning centerpieces? Building a mountain of cupcakes? We’ve got you covered. Once the guests have left, no need to worry about site clean-up. We take care of packing up the rentals, ensuring that trash is gathered and walk-thru the space to ensure your venue is well taken care of. All leftover food can be packaged up and left for a late night snack. We will ollect all gifts, toasting glasses, guest book, and personal items after the wedding and return them to you.
Bar and beverages - Our professional bartenders will set-up your bar with everything you need in order to have a beautiful, well-stocked bar. Whether you provide your own alcohol or allow us to handle the details, we can provide all mixers, ice, soft beverages and garnishes. We can even create a special cocktail just for your event! We also provide a variety of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages as well as a hot beverage / coffee service.
Event schedule flow - Our event supervisor will have a detailed timeline and schedule of events for your wedding and will ensure every detail is taken care of. From ensuring the champagne is on ice for the toasts and the floor is cleared for the first dance, we’ll make sure your wedding flow is flawless.
Day of coordination - Coordinating all vendor delivery, walking you through your day. If you need a little more than catering, we are happy to offer our expertise to areas outside of catering, just let us know and we can make sure you’re taken care of.
Event decor and styling - At Madres Kitchen we have a team of talented florists, stylists, and designers we work with who can help you with your wedding menu signage, floral centerpieces, developing a theme, event rentals, and more.
